1. What we collect

• Publishers: a random device ID, your surface (terminal/extension), impression batch reports (campaign ID, count, timestamps, sequence number), your payout wallet address, and the registration IP (used only for anti-fraud rate limits).
• Advertisers: your email, country, campaign content, and payment references (Stripe session IDs or Solana transaction signatures). Card data never touches our servers — it goes directly to Stripe.

2. What we never collect

Your prompts, code, files, or AI responses. The client's reporting format contains no field that could carry them — verify this yourself in the public source.

3. How we use it

To serve and bill ads, credit and pay publishers, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. On-chain payouts are public by nature of the Solana blockchain.

4. Cookies

Essential cookies/localStorage keep you signed in to your portals. With your consent we additionally use product analytics and ad-campaign measurement. You can change your choice anytime by clearing site data; rejecting non-essential cookies never limits the service.

5. Retention & deletion

Ledger and billing records are kept as long as legally required. Email support@adspay.fun to request deletion of your account data; balances owed are paid out first.
