1. The service

adspay.fun ("adspay", "we") operates a marketplace that places short sponsored text lines in the idle states of AI coding tools. Developers ("publishers") install a client that displays these lines and are paid a revenue share; advertisers buy impressions through an auction.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and legally able to receive payments in your country of residence. We may restrict or refuse service where sanctions or local law require it.

3. Publisher terms

• You earn an estimated 70% of net ad revenue attributable to genuine impressions shown by your devices. The rate may change with notice; accrued balances are never reduced retroactively.
• Earnings are held for 24 hours for fraud review, then become payable. Payouts are made in USDC on Solana to the wallet you provide; you are responsible for the accuracy of that address and for your own tax obligations.
• Prohibited: fabricating, replaying or inflating impressions or clicks; clicking your own ads; running the client on automated or headless fleets; anything that simulates attention that doesn't exist. Violations forfeit held balances and terminate the account.

4. Advertiser terms

• Campaigns are prepaid. Blocks of 1,000 impressions are billed at your bid; clicks at 50× the per-impression price. Over-delivery is free — you never pay above your block price.
• Every campaign is screened before serving. We reject, at our sole discretion and with a full refund, anything misleading, harmful, adult, or illegal.
• Ad content must be accurate and destination links must not deceive.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us (advertisers) or the balance we owe you (publishers) in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses caused by blockchain network failures beyond our control.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the site with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
